File formats
Please send all artwork (logos, images etc) in one of the following electronic formats, either on CD or as an email attachment:

• JPEG or TIF files at 300 dpi, CMYK colour profile
• PDF files, print quality, fonts embedded, CMYK colour profile

Note: images and logos taken from websites (GIF files and low resolution JPEGs) will not work in print.

Copy, if you are providing it, should be sent as a Word document if possible.

The magazine is produced on Mac using Adobe InDesign. If you are uncertain about formats, or cannot send the artwork in digital form, please email Hape Mueller
