Poem

When you kissed me over my bicycle

When you kissed me over my bicycle
We were lost somewhere in London.
You kissed me on an A road between Camden and CentrePoint, my bicycle balanced between us.
Our teeth clashed and I held my A – Z behind your back.
We kissed for a long time and afterwards some teenagers standing on the corner clapped and called out, “good show” and you said “thankyou” and we continued walking.
