Biography:
Miguel Syjuco is the author of the debut novel, Ilustrado, which as an unfinished manuscript won the 2008 Man Asian Literary Prize, as well as the Palanca Award (the Philippines’s highest literary honour). Born and raised in the Philippines, he currently lives in Montreal.
